Tasting notes
It features vibrant peach aromas layered with a gentle sparkle and refreshing acidity, creating a smooth and approachable palate. The style is light and crisp, making it especially well suited to summer.
After opening and pouring, if you reseal the bottle and gently mix it, the texture becomes more nectar-like, offering a slightly richer expression and a different dimension of flavour to enjoy.

Winemaking
Pêshu by Nanba Peach Orchard is a co-fermented peach wine made from three varieties — Hakuhō, Shimizu Hakutō and Okayama Yume Hakutō. Crafted using only Okayama-grown peaches with no additional ingredients, it expresses pure fruit character. The result is a light, smooth style with vibrant peach aromatics, gentle effervescence and refreshing acidity.
The wine was born from a meeting through the “Yano Award,” which recognises outstanding young farmers in Okayama. Through conversations with Mr Nanba about the challenges and dedication involved in natural farming, the idea emerged to create a peach wine that could share his commitment with a wider audience. Pêshu was thus created as a new expression of Okayama’s iconic white peaches.
