Our website is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All prices are in euro and are inclusive of Dutch VAT (21%).

This wine list is subject to stock remaining on hand and prices are subject to continual change and revision due to duty, foreign exchange and market fluctuations. All previous lists are hereby cancelled. 

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you and suggest a similar item of equivalent or higher value unless requested not to do so. Goods supplied remain our property until payment has been received. Please check prices at the time of order. Alcohol levels are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of printing, however, they can vary according to each bottling, distillation or brewing.

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order via our website, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this. If you are buying wine as a gift, the person receiving the wine must be at least 18 years old.

We sell throughout the Netherlands and the European Union. Delivery to other countries can be arranged at an extra shipping cost.

We reserve the right not to accept any order.

All special offers and discount coupons are only redeemable on our website. All terms and conditions on special offers or discount coupons apply and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Special offers and discount coupons are non-transferable and may not be sold or auctioned. Only one special offer or discount coupon can be used per order.

All card charges are processed via independent payment processing providers with the highest encryption standards. We do not have access to customer card data.

We accept payment on our website by iDeal or various credit cards or Paypal or Apple Pay or Google Pay, etc.

By providing your details to us on our website, you consent to us maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give us at the time of ordering to process your orders, to improve our service to you. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. All data held will not be passed on to any third party except for delivery purposes. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item or cancel an order from the date you received it. If you wish to cancel please notify us by email to info@gubi-gubi.nl. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

All charges (excluding carriage charges) will be refunded to your account as soon as the items are returned to us in a merchantable condition and in the original box that you received the items. Carriage charges for returns are the responsibility of the person returning the items.
