We charge the following delivery fees to keep wine prices as low as possible. Please note that the delivery fee includes the payment to a courier service company and the special packaging materials for the wine. Your understanding is highly appreciated.

Additional charges apply for deliveries to remote areas. You will be contacted separately after acceptance of your order and prior to dispatch.

- Free local delivery: Shipments within a certain area of Amsterdam are delivered by us without shipping fee. We will contact you by phone or email for an appointment.
- Free pick up at our office: Your purchase can be picked up at our office (Watteaustraat 17-2, 1077ZJ Amsterdam). We will contact you by phone or email for an appointment.

Orders placed will be shipped within 2 working days. This does not apply to out-of-stock items. If a product is unavailable we shall contact you with a suitable replacement or you always have a right to withdraw the order.

You will receive an email from us confirming the order and shipment. The email contains a link to the Track and Trace of DPD, so that you can check the progress of your order. If you are not present at the delivery address you specified when the order is presented, DPD will try again the next day. DPD will also put a note in your letterbox so that you can schedule a better delivery time online yourself. If you choose to have your order left with a neighbour or outside your premises we cannot hold any responsibility for loss whatsoever.

We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation, or direction, fire, flood, storm, failure of telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item or cancel an entire order from the date you received it. If you wish to cancel please notify us by email at info@gubi-gubi.nl. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

All charges (excluding carriage charges) will be refunded to your account as soon as the items are returned to us in a merchantable condition and in the original box that you received the items. For this case, carriage charges for returns are the responsibility of the person returning the goods.

We aim to supply our items in excellent condition however should any item be faulty we will provide a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@gubi-gubi.nl.  We may require faulty items to be returned to us. Faulty items and their contents should be retained until a conclusion is reached on the course of action to be taken. Once the items have been received and checked, all refunds will be made within 30 days.

In case of breakage of any item upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours at info@gubi-gubi.nl. Upon notification, you may choose to either return the broken items or the entire case. Upon receipt of the broken items, we shall either refund your card for their value or replace them free of charge, depending on your preference.

All returns, either due to faulty item or breakage, shall be arranged by a courier of our choice.
