Tasting notes
Cassis, rose, redcurrant, red plum. Smooth and spicy aftertaste. Fruitiness and funkiness make the wine perfect for a summer afternoon. Recommended to drink chilled and shake the bottle gently before serving.

Food pairing
Wines can be enjoyed on their own or with simple cold starters with vegetables such as carrot rapé and potato salad with black pepper. Japanese rice crackers.

Winemaking
Muscat Bailey A grapes grown at Sagara Nouen (“Nouen” means farm) in Kofu, Yamanashi. As the name suggests, not only are the grapes grown without chemicals or animal derivatives, but the grower and winemaker are both vegan. The grapes were crushed by foot with a sanitary jacket. No additives or fermentation aids were used, and only natural yeasts were used to achieve a powerful magma-like fermentation. With the help of the moon, racking was carried out at the ebb tide of the full and new moons. The result is a wine that gently permeates the whole body, as if melting into the human DNA. The catchphrase is “Veritable Vin Naturel” (Is there love to believe in?).
