Fresh and dry, citrus, green apple, savoury aroma of yeast, fresh acidity and gentle carbonation, the impression of drinking craft beer.

Food pairing
Pastrami, olives, hummus, blue cheese, creamy risotto

The wine was mixed from 11 different grape varieties, mainly Chardonnay, four-11 years old vines. Even sick grapes with a poor appearance were actively used in the wine if they were sweet to eat. After pressing with a balloon press, fermentation proceeded in stainless steel tanks without temperature control, and at the final stage of fermentation the wine was bottled without added sulphites to give a slightly fizzy type. The wine was not oaked, allowing the freshness and fruity character of Japanese Chardonnay to be felt directly.
