Tasting notes
Blackberries, cassis, cooked cherry, dried flowers, leather, a hint of wet stone. Good balance of acidity and tannins.

Early harvested Cabernet Franc from three-nine years old vines fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks without crushing. After eight months in three-year-old wooden barrels, the wine was filtered with a coarse filter (75µ) and bottled. No added sugar, acid or fining. Named 'Printemps' ('Spring' in French), after the green grass that grows in the warmth of the sun after a long winter. The aroma is modest, but the taste is well structured.
