Winemaking
The magnificent giant Kyoho vines grow in one of their own vineyards at the end of a mountain road so narrow that it is difficult even for a small truck to enter. At harvest time, the grapes which look like black pearls release their sweet aroma. For this vintage, to give the Kyoho wine, which has the character of cute, pop and innocent, a more mature appeal, it was made from the blend of Kyoho (33%), Muscat Bailey A (36%), and Merlot (3%) from their vineyards and stored in wooden barrels. After that Kyoho wine stored in stainless steel tanks (28%) was added before bottling, resulting in a lively, yet calm and lustrous wine.
