The 2024 growing season was marked by warm days and cool nights, with relatively low rainfall, allowing the grapes to ripen steadily while retaining vibrant acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach variety was harvested separately according to ripeness and vinified in different ways. Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, along with Sauvignon Blanc, were whole-bunch pressed, fermented, and aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks. Riesling and Pinot Gris underwent 2 days of skin contact before pressing, followed by fermentation in resin tanks and transfer to neutral oak barrels in the later stage of fermentation, where they were matured for 8 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll components were fermented using a pied de cuve method and blended after maturation.
