The grapes were harvested slightly earlier than usual, resulting in a lighter style.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and oak vessels, with relatively firm pigeage to extract structure. After approximately six months of barrel aging, the wine was bottled in April 2025 without fining or filtration, with only a small amount of sulphites added. It was then aged in bottles for about one year before release.
